Nice Apartment with a Few Drawbacks Positive: Spacious and well-equipped apartment Excellent air conditioning Excellent washing machine and dryer Fully stocked kitchen Plenty of parking inside enough for my large car (wagoneer) Clean towels provided Very helpful host – responded quickly and even brought a vacuum right away when requested Negative: Unpleasant smell inside the apartment that didn’t go away Kettle and air fryer were rusted and need replacement Located on a busy street — noticeable traffic noise

Positive: It’s a beautiful place, our family was comfortable to stay here. Rachelle was responsive of needing anything and remind you needed before you arrived . We will definitely consider staying here again .

A True Gem in the Heart of Hollywood! Positive: We absolutely loved our stay at this charming bungalow. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a bright, airy, and immaculately clean space that instantly felt like home. The layout was open and inviting, just the right amount of room for our family to relax and unwind. One of the biggest bonuses was the plentiful parking, a rare treasure in LA. The fenced yard and electric gate gave us peace of mind and made coming and going incredibly convenient. The location was perfect, just minutes from Universal Studios and close to Dodger Stadium, where our son had baseball camp every day. The house came stocked with every amenity we could need, and our host, Rachelle, was absolutely wonderful, warm, attentive, and thoughtful. We’re also so grateful to Rose and Yan for making this stay so smooth and special. We truly cannot wait to return and make this our family’s home away from home for many years to come. Thank you again for everything, it was magical!

We had a lovely time at the property. Positive: Nice property, decent location and well maintained. Negative: Definitely would bring an eye mask for sleeping. Bright mornings!

Positive: Spacious and nicely furnished, Great appliances about half hour / 45 minute walk up to walk of fame. Good communications from host and good off street parking. Negative: Nothing major but when we first arrived it seemed like there was a bit of a smell from a cat.
